Addison (Addie) Robertson '21 Recruiting Profile

I began playing club volleyball when I was in 5th grade. I fell in love with the game right from the start.  After gaining more experience I began to aspire more- collegiate level play!  I understand that the level of work required to reach this goal is tremendous.   I am, however, up to the challenge. I am willing to work hard and push myself to be the best I can be. 

Coming into this new club season of volleyball, I participated in tryouts for my own age level (15's) as well as one age level up (16's).  Playing 15's I'm sure would've been amazing; the coach indicated at tryouts that I was the top pick for the team and would be given the opportunity to play all the way around.  Ultimately, I chose the 16's team so that I would be pushed and challenged not only by my coaches but by players on the team who are better/ stronger than I am currently.  I'm looking forward to a season of great personal growth!

In the classroom, I hold myself to the same high standards I set for myself on the volleyball court.  I currently have a 4.0 GPA and strive to maintain a high GPA throughout my high school years.

As a military dependent, we've lived in many places all over the world.  It is because of this that I haven't narrowed down where I would like to attend college.  So many places have felt like home!  At this time, I am open to all options.  I know I will find the right college/ team/ coach match when the right opportunity presents itself.
