When Morgan steps onto the floor she makes an instant impact on her team. She is like a sparkplug that ignites the team's intensity. She not only leads by example but she is always there with an encouraging word for her teammates. She works well with others and the coaching staff. With her background in soccer and softball she has learned how to anticipate the play and is able to cover the court. She also sees the floor well and does a great job of covering her responsibilities on each play. She is not afraid to put in the extra time and effort to work on her skills such as improving her vertical jump and learning the intricate details of game strategy. Her enthusiasm and whit is contagious and can help turn her team around when they are behind. Playing for both her school and club teams (indoor and beach), she has dedicated herself to taking her game to the next level.
