Hi, my name is Kali Brickman, I am 16 years old and currently attend the 10th grade at Wayne high school in Huber Heights, Oh. I have been playing softball since I was five years old and continue to love this sport. I was selected to be the starting pitcher as a freshman for my high school team. I was inspired to become a pitcher by watching my cousin pitch throughout her Fastpitch Travel, High School and College teams. I know that I have self-motivation, pride and confidence to work hard and dedicate myself like my cousin did to reach and accomplish my goals of playing softball at the collegiate level.
2017 Freshman year my team was GWOC East Champions and I received All GWOC Conference Honorable Mention as a freshman pitcher with 80.2IP-86K's. 2016 8th grade middle school stats 107.2-IP, 240K's, 22-BB, 12-ER (.780 ERA), .421-BA. I also understand that my education is just as important, and by having the same positive drive with my academics I will always strive to maintain my current 4.0+ GPA. I am currently on the Principals Honor Roll as a Sophomore and completed my Freshman year with all year Principals Honor Roll with a 4.120 GPA. I was a recipient of the Top Academic Honor Roll Award for 8th grade by maintaining a 4.1 GPA the entire 2015-2016 school year.
I am blessed with having the support of both my parents who played competitive baseball/softball during their school years and now they dedicate their free time not only to guiding me but also others by their involvement in coaching and supporting girls softball leagues in our school system, community and travel programs.
With my upbringing that I have shared with you, I understand the meaning of the word "Team". If you are looking for an awesome team player, not only on the field but off the field as well, please give me an opportunity as I would love to become a player on your "Team". Thank you for taking the time to view my profile and hopefully you will consider me as one of your selections when the time comes.
