Keilyn Carpenter '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Keilyn Carpenter I am a 6’1 freshman outside hitter. I have been around volleyball  since I was 5 with my mom who is the varsity coach at my high school,  and I started playing when I was 9. I just finished my 8th season between aau and my school seasons. This past year I was on varsity and played all the way around. I helped my team to our best record in 7 years.  Not only did I improve as a player but I grew as a teammate. I grew as a leader, and I learned  just how important it is to be my best for my teammates. I will continue to grow and work on these things for as long as I play. For me hard work is important in all I do, especially on the court and in the classroom. I currently have a GPA of 3.714. I want to continue my education after high school in college while playing volleyball at the highest level as possible.
