Hi my name is Tyler Walters. The past few years I decided that the only thing I can do to excel to the next level is to work hard and be dedicated in what I do. I soon began to pass my friends on things like speed and strength. I have always had a great knowledge of football and was always 1-up on my peers. I also play baseball and basketball. For baseball I've always been an all-around player and have started in many different spots. I go to Ogemaw Heights High School in West Branch, MI. My freshman year I played on the freshman football team. This season as a sophomore, I have worked hard enough to get a starting spot on varsity. Academically my freshman year I have maintained a 3.3 GPA. My goal this year is to get my GPA to a 3.6. I'm taking AP U.S. history my sophomore year. I'm planning on joining the Youth Advisory Council. I know that what I do off the field is very important and is key to being a role model and leader to my fellow teammates and to the kids who look up to me. I believe I'm a good candidate for your team because you can count on me giving it all that I've got mentally and physically. I work well with others and understand that not everything will go my way. I look to pursue my college education in physical therapy.
