In college, in addition to playing volleyball, I want to pursue a degree that prepares me to enter the medical field as either a neonatologist or an epidemiologist. The qualities that make me good for a college team are that I am a great team player who possesses both a positive and a very determined attitude. What makes me different from others is that I was a competitive gymnast for over 8 years of my life. I received several honors, medals, and awards in gymnastics including invites to camps for two consecutive years for talented and gifted gymnasts. My gymnastics background contributes now to my athletic abilities and I am translating that talent now on the volleyball court. I am extremely focused, positive, strong and determined both in sports and in my academics. I've maintained a GPA higher than a 4.0 throughout all of middle school.
