Personal Statement
Hello!
My name is Sydney McDonald and I am a sophomore at Shawnee Mission South High School. I have been playing club volleyball for 3 years and I have played for JC Rockits and am currently playing for Asics Mavs. My goal is to major in Psychology and minor in Forensic Psychology. Something that makes me different from the rest of the recruits is that I am grounded in my beliefs but I still like to have fun with my teammates and friends. While on the court, I plan on being an inspirational player to the kids who want to play at this level and be a leader for the team. As I grow with the team, both physically and emotionally, I strive to be an asset to the team and the front row. Most importantly, I will manage myself with dignity, kindness, and a never ending love for the game on and off the court. I hope we get to talk more about this amazing sport and what I have to offer for it!
