Personal Statement

Hello! I am Isabella (Izzy) Hinojosa. I'm a homeschooled, class of 2020 pitcher for the KC Premier out of Paola, Kansas.

I love softball. I love to compete, and I love to win. Ever since I started playing softball, I've pushed myself to the next level. When I was nine years old I was pitching on a 12U team. Now, at 14, I'm a starting pitcher on my 16A team.

Outside of softball, I do CrossFit, and at home I do cardio, agility, and weights. I continuously work to become a faster, stronger, and smarter ball player.

Off the field I have a 4.0 GPA. I volunteer at my church's special needs ministry and am an officer in my county 4-H club.

No matter what I'm doing, I strive to be a team player and someone others can trust. I hope you see me as that person on your team.
