I am a coach's kid who has a passion for competing. I have learned through my life experiences the value of competition and being part of a team. I embrace the leadership role on my teams and love to raise the level of play of my teammates with my positive energy and intensity on the court. I have spent countless hours in the gym with not only my teams, but my dad and I working relentlessly to improve my physical and mental abilities. I take my character very seriously, knowing it represents myself, my family and my school and community. I represent much more than myself. I am a big believer is setting goals and making my decisions in every day life based on that focus and vision and working to achieve those goals, both short term and long term. I also love the opportunity to be a role model for youth, I love coaching them when I can and watching them grow and learn with each experience.
Being the daughter of a teacher, my academics are very important to me and I fully know and understand that is where my success in life will be determined. My goal is to play volleyball in college while earning my primary goal of being successful in life and in my future career. My goal to compete at the college level is based upon many things, but primarily I love to compete and want to maximize my athletic career while I can. I am an integral part of every team I am on right now and am fully confident my value will carry me into the position on a college team that I desire to find.
