Erin Wilson '18 Recruiting Profile

Throwing has always been a passion of mine. Ever since I saw my brother throw while he was in high school, it has always been one of my top interests. Throughout my years of throwing, I have learned about who I am as a teammate and how to work with others to achieve a common goal while still focusing on become a better athlete. I strive to respect and positively represent myself, my teammates and my school both on and off the track.  

With the limited opportunities there is for high school hammer in New York, I am motivated to search out other opportunities to throw the hammer and develop my skills.  

I am thankful to be a part of an amazing program for my high school years. I learned about the importance of teamwork, motivation, and commitment. In college, I want to be in a school that is a good fit for me, not just athletically, but academically as well.  I will take my work ethic and apply it to my college career.
