I have been doing track and field now for 5 years. My freshmen year just ended for me the other day. I made it in to sectionals but not state.
My goals for next season is to train in the 400 and the 4x400. I will also be doing cross country again in the fall .
I will be going into fire science in college to pursue a career as a fire marshall.
I am a cadet on the fire department here in Manito Illinois.
I also am in the band at the high school I play the flute this is my 5th year playing flute and 5th year playing in a band and my 1st year playing in a marching band and a pep band.
I currently carry a 3.90 in school and will leave my freshmen year with high honors.
Sophomore year is in full swing. I am running cross country again this year. I was out for 2 weeks after my first meet due to a strained Achilles tendon but after 2 weeks off back at it full force and doing great.
Summer was spent running summer track and going to U OF I for 4 days of full on fire cadet training at the Illinois Fire Service Institute. .
