My name is Tori Woods and here's a little information about me. I do not only shine in tennis but there are other things that I'm great at. For one, I am a band student. I've been playing the flute since the fourth grade, and starting in my freshman year I started exploring different instruments. First, I learned how to play percussion instruments in marching band, but for concert band I always go back to flute. My sophomore year I learned how to play the trombone. Now, going into my junior year, I'm learning to play the piccolo and the tenor saxaphone. But besides band I am a junior usher at my church, New Faith Missionary Baptist Church. My ushering days started when I was about nine or ten. I'm not doing it because my mother is making me, I'm doing it for my church. I want people to feel welcomed and at home at my church. But, I also do both, band and ushering, for me. I love them both and wouldn't stop for anything. As far as me being a team mate and the person I am, I like to see people smile. I love to make others laugh, and would give up my happiness to see someone else smile. I don't like to lose and I have my moments to myself when I do, but just because of my lost I would never bring my team down emotionally. I will cheer my teammates on no matter if they are winning or losing, if they like me or not. No matter what, we are still a team and we lose as a team just as well as we win.
