2012 Highlights Personal Statement
I've been swimming since I was 6. I love the sport and I could only dream of swimming for a college. That would be a dream come true. If I were to get the chance to swim in college some of my goals would be to really help my future team, to make a difference for us. I also work very hard to keep my grades up, my academics are just as important as my athletics.

- Summer league is where i got started swimming. I started when I was 6 and have done it every summer since.

- My favorite event. Went to state for both my high school years of swimming. Placed 5th at state my senior year. Started out my junior year season with a 1:05 and ended that season with a 1:03. Started my senior year season with a 1:03 and ended my season with a 1:01.2

- 200yard freestyle
- Started this event during the middle of the season of my senior year, and started at a 2:08 and ended my season with a 2:04.8.

- 100 yard freestyle
- Did this event one time and got a 57.94, but I wish I could have done it more than once, but with Butterfly being right before it, it made it difficult to manage both of them.
