Personal Statement
I have been swimming competitively since age 5. I plan to attend a college that will enable me to succeed both athletically and academically. It's important to me to go to a school with a group of student athletes who push me daily to be the very best I can be in and out of the water.
I am extremely self-motivated. I excel in the classroom, as well as in the pool. I enjoy the competition with myself and others. I push to be the best I can. I have had the privilege to train with a gifted group of swimmers which has pushed me to some personal best times. I set goals for myself and work hard to make them a reality.
