I began swimming competitively in 2011, swimming has not only been my passion, but my motivation. Swimming in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that has been my dream the once I realized collegiate swimming could change my entire college experience for the better.
I am a very competitive and motivated swimmer, I believe I can continue to improve my times and technique throughout my remaining high school years and continue to excel at the collegiate level. I love to be a leader on my team and enjoy helping younger swimmers. My work ethic in the pool as well as in the classroom is a quality that sets me apart.
In the classroom, I study hard to maintain a high GPA. After my freshman year of high school at Olathe East, I maintained over a 4.0. I volunteer at my church and Olathe Youth Court. After completing my undergraduate degree I plan to pursue a career as a Prosecution Attorney.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in both the classroom and in the pool. I would prefer to go to school in the Midwest or South, but open to other opportunities. I would love to compete in a competitive athletic swim program, however, a competitive academic program will ultimately determine the overall fit. I hope to make my family, coaches, and teachers proud as I pursue this next step in my life.
