Personal Statement
Hello! My name is Laura Freeworth and I currently attend Saint Francis High School. I have been swimming for eight years and counting, beginning year round swimming four years ago. A few of my collegiate goals are to earn the opportunity to swim at a division I, II, or III school, and to have the ability to get a Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, and in the future furthering my education even more. I believe I can add excitement and something new to a team. I am a very supportive, determined, and dedicated swimmer. Even though swimming is a major commitment, I am also able to sustain a 4.0 grade average while being involved in extra curricular activities such as: student government, school ambassador, and more!

Yes. The honors classes system at Saint Francis High school is rigorous and challenging. They require up to an hour (or more) of homework each night plus studying. You must apply to be in these classes, because they are also considered difficult college preparatory classes. I am currently in one honors class and one AP class.Are you in AP/IB classes?
