I plan to attend college, majoring in Education, specializing in High School English and Science. Ideally, I hope to minor in coaching.
I feel that I am an excellent candidate for any collegiate team because I am a very versatile player. I play Defender/MF for my select team, and Forward for my High School team. I play other high school sports, to hone my muscles, reflexes, agility, etc to become a more effective soccer player. I am a sprinter on my varsity track team, and a guard for the JV basketball.
I am a great student (all A's, with the occasional B). I am very active in clubs (Fellowship of Christian Athletes, SADD, and 4H). In the 4H program, I am a certified "Teens as Teachers" in Animal Biosecurity and Healthy Living. I frequently teach programming related to my certifications, giving me valuable experience in my chosen field.
I have over 65 confirmed volunteer hours with local organizations in my community. Over the course of the my high school career, I am required to perform 80 hours. My personal goal is to perform 200 hours.
