My name is Zachary Clayton Brokaw. I am a soccer player from Rising Sun High School. I started playing soccer when I was five. I played in say soccer and I was exceptionally good right out the gate. I love the sport of soccer because of how much there is to learn about the sport. Everyday it seems that I learn something about it; and that goes for taining as well. You can tell the difference between a person who practices a ton, and a person who doesn't. Thats a huge reason why I love the sport, there's just so much to it. As a soccer player, I stand out as a better player. I play as a forward on a varsity team, Rising Sun Shiners. I played on the varsity team all the way through middle school and high school. My freshman year I played on a all conference team as the only freshman. College soccer is always something that I am striving towards, and always will be.
As far as academics go, I am a A,B student. I am in two advance placement classes. Math and English. I am apart of the National Junior Honor Society. I want to go to college for nursing, and further that into a NP. The reason for nursing, is that I love the aspect of helping people, especially young, and getting paid at the same time. Nursing has always been something i've always been interested in.
Other things that are important to me is my family. We've been through alot of hard times. Some we've gotten over and some were still struggling. My friends and the rising sun community. They've helped out my family and I so much.
