Anna Reed '20 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was 6 and have the passion, speed and skill to play at the next level.  Take a look at my highlight video from 2017 varsity season and you will see I can score equally with either foot plus header goals are a strength as well.  I can also serve great balls into box from both sides equally well.   I was team MVP on JV high school team (7 A) as a 7th grader and played varsity in 8th and 9th grade, named All-Metro Honorable Mention both years. Earned starting role as Freshman In 2017 and scored 19 goals with 14 assists—a pretty good showing playing opposite the state’s best forward who had 64 goals (C. Rogers now at Auburn).  I was named “Team MVP” on D1 Streaks team (2017) and played up 2 years on Hoover’s D1 (2016 Regional Premier League Team) and started the last 5 games, scoring 2 goals and 1 assist.  My academics are strong (3.7 GPA with honors and PreAP courses) setting me up well as a strong scholar athlete candidate for Fall 2020.
