My name is Amanda Lehman and I am a junior at West York Area High School. This coming spring will be my fifth year of playing lacrosse. Before my first year of high school, I played with a club team for two years. My freshman year I played both junior varsity and varsity. By my sophomore year, I was a starting midfielder for our varsity team. I spent the past summer traveling with the York Invaders. I was one of their starting midfielders. We had two very successful tournaments where we took home the championship. I also played with the York Invaders for fall ball. I plan to play with the York Invaders again this summer. My schedule is already posted below, as well as my spring schedule. I would love to continue my desire to play lacrosse after high school. I'm known for my speed, and I am an exceptional team player. Not only do I enjoy helping my teammates improve, but they help myself improve as well. Lacrosse is the one thing I can always go to. I love to play no matter the situation, and I can definitely see myself playing at the college level. I have a lot of determination to become a better lacrosse player. I spend my extra time shooting around in my backyard, attending open fields, and working out at the gym. It takes a lot of dedication to handle both lacrosse and school, but doing so is well worth it.
