Hailee Beaver-Beaston '21 Recruiting Profile

            Hi Coach, Thank you for looking at my profile and taking a few minutes to read a little about me. My name is Hailee Beaver and I will be a 2021 graduate from Central Dauphin High School near Harrisburg Pa. I have been playing softball since I was five, and I loved it from the start. I play travel or club ball for the class A Central Pa Krunch 14u futures team. I am a committed player, I have been on this team for six years now.  My primary position is catcher. When I'm not catching I play shortstop a lot, but I have played every position except pitcher at the class A level.

            It has been a dream of mine to play college softball since I was ten. I watch softball on TV and have gone to a few Penn State games. Watching that level of play makes me want to push myself so I can play at that level. I think what would make me a good candidate for your team is, I am a loyal player, to the school and to the team. I have a good work ethic always one of the first to arrive and the last to leave. I will do what it takes to improve my play. I am also a team player, I know that when the team is lifted up we will play better, and I find myself lifting the team and every player up when something goes wrong. I have been told by coaches that I am so coachable, and I believe that helps me to improve all the time.

            I have been blessed to have a family that has been there for me every step of the way. Since my first game at five there has never been a practice or game missed by my family, they are there to support and encourage me, my dreams are there dreams, my aspirations, theirs.
