Olivia Pratt '17 Recruiting Profile

There's nothing I love more than stepping foot on the lacrosse field. I find myself to be a very coachable player, and like to be pushed to my full potential. I have been playing lacrosse for eight years, and I wouldn't want to spend my time doing anything else. For me to play at a college level would be absolutely outstanding. I have primarily been a defensive player playing varsity since freshman year, and starting on Varsity as a sophomore. I have also received the most defensive player award five years in a row.  
Regarding my academics, I treat my schooling like lacrosse, pushing myself. As a junior, I maintain a 3.5 GPA. Lacrosse has taught me to be a leader, leading to the various clubs I am in including; Key Club, Youth and Government, Criminal Justice Club, Spanish Club, volunteering as an assistant middle school lacrosse coach, a program that helps with new students, and a buddy program that works with special needs kids. In June of 2015, I was nominated and attended Envision: Law and CSI in Washington, D.C. for a week.
Ultimately my goal is to be able to strive on and off of the lacrosse field, at a college or university. I would love to become a hardworking addition to a lacrosse team and a college community.
