Winter 2009Personal Statement
As an incoming Senior, I am finding it very exciting to be searching for colleges and universities where I can mix my love of ice hockey and academics. I do like to travel, so the location is not a high priority for me. I am looking for a balance between schoolwork and the hockey schedule because I believe that education is the most important. I would like to major in Graphic Design, with minors in Journalism, Creative Writing, or Film. It would be fantastic if I could find a university that is known for their traditions and academics with smaller class sizes, but I am open to larger classes too. I am willing to work hard for the hockey team the best I can.
