Lindsay Butler '13 Recruiting Profile

Hi I’m Lindsay Butler! I stand at five feet one inch and weigh around 115 pounds. I am a very responsible student whose grades and schoolwork comes before everything so I can play sports while getting a good education. I am also an outgoing person who loves to met people and work with others. As an athlete I offer a team leadership “ I was voted one of the two team captains for the 2011-2012 season for golf”, drive “ I try year round to lower my score so I can play college golf”, and hard work “ by I am the first to practice and the last one to leave along with practicing on my own.” As for my accomplishments in golf they include Academic All-Conference (2010-2012), Golf Team (2009-2012), Varsity (2010-2012), Most Improved (2010-2011), Coach's Award (2011-2012) and (2012-2013), Honorable Mention All Sandusky Bay Conference (SBC) (2010-2011), First Team All SBC (2011-2012) and (2012-2013), All Northwest District Honorable Mention (2011-2012) and (2012-2013), and Team Captain (2011-2012) and (2012-2013). In my search for the right college for me I’m looking for a big or small Christian college that has excellent academic levels, but I am also open to different types of schools. As for the location I am looking for a school location more toward the south around the Carolina area for a longer golf season. Lastly, my athletic goals are to make an impact on a team and possible play as a freshman.
