I am a 5'10" shooting guard from Lake Stevens, Washington. Lake Stevens is a highly competitive 4A program and during the 2011-'12 season has consistently been ranked among the top 5 4A teams in state (and as high as #1) by the Seattle-Times.
I've been on the varsity team since my freshman year and earned a starting position my junior year. I have been voted by my teammates as co-captain for the 2011-2012 season. I have helped lead my team to two league championships (2011 & 2012), three district championships (2010, 2011, 2012), 4th place in State (2011) and the State Tournament in 2012. As a senior I was selected to the first team WESCO North & set the record for 3's in a season (59) and in a single game (7).
Selected as a member of the 2012 Washington State 4A All State Team by the Washington Interscholastic Basketball Coaches Association, (WIBCA). Selected player of the game in the WIBCA 4A vs.3A All State Game, (I was high scorer with 22 points).
I have a 3.74 GPA and a 1570 on my SAT.
I have traveled the country multiple summers with my club teams. My future major is undecided. Ideally I would like to attend a university that has a "college town" feel. I'm a team player that loves being with my teammates and I always work hard. Although I aim to make an immediate impact on my college team, I am ready to pay my dues and earn more responsibility over time.
