Peyton McDaniel '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Peyton McDaniel and I am a junior at Twin Valley High School in Elverson, PA. I am a 6' shooting guard but have been trained to play all positions. I enjoy all aspects of the game and being part of a team. My goal is to continually improve to be a contributing member of my high school team and eventually a college team.  I thrive on any opportunity to better my game and contribute to my team, whether it is in the weight room, film room, gym, or classroom.

My high school coach says, "Peyton has always stood out from the rest in talent, work ethic, and has always had a higher level of understanding for the nuances of the game. Peyton has a high skill level in many phases of the game, from range on her jump shot that is beyond the 3 point line, to a heady skill set of court awareness in which she makes all of her teammates around her better. She is the consummate teammate in every sense of the word. Peyton has never let her personal success get in the way of team goals, she has always been loyal to her teammates and when it comes to a competitive streak, Peyton is second to none. She wants to win in every situation and if by chance she doesn't, she is willing to put the work in with her team and on her own to correct any issues that she can."

I maintain a 4.3 GPA with an all Honors course of study and am currently ranked 14th in my class of 266.
