Hello my name is Destiny Idol. I love the game basketball Its my passion I someday want to play college level basketball. One of my dreams is to play on the college level, and we all say "follow your dreams!" I would love to have the opportunity to play for any college. I've been playing basketball since the 7th grade. I stared off at Wilmington Christian Academy, now I play at Topsail High School and I also play for a travel team called the Wilmington Nets. I am different from many others playing basketball because most players have been playing all of their life but I stared in the 7th grade. Basketball isn't the only sport I have played. I've played soccer, volleyball, and softball and also I played baseball. Most of all basketball is my favorite. I am very coach-able and love meeting new teammates, coaches and becoming friends with everyone. As far as academics I am the above average student. I maintain an AB average with all honors classes and I am in many clubs helping people around the school. Again, I hope I can commit to a college by my senior year for basketball. I hope all the coaches have a fantastic year and I look forward to meeting you all!
