September 2017Personal Statement
I am looking forward to continue my education along with playing the game that I love, SOFTBALL. I am looking to attend a school that will both challenge me as a student, but will also allow me to compete at the highest athletic possibility.
In the classroom, I am in Honors classes and still maintain a 4.0 GPA while participating in 3 sports. My teammates and coaches consider me a captain on all 3 of the sports teams. I play volleyball, basketball, and softball. I take pride in outworking my teammates and opponents giving me the best opportunity to be successful.
I am driven when opponents, coaches, teachers, etc tell me I not good enough, or that something is too hard. Every time I am told this; I make it my mission to prove them wrong. I live my life according to Phil 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."
