Playing in college for softball has been my dream ever since i can remember. I always try to manage academics with softball and i love the game so much. I constantly work at softball and try to improve on a daily basis.
I love so many things about the game. One thing especially is the feeling when the pressure is focused on you. This feeling makes me love the game even more and makes me want to continue with it during my college years. My favorite time like this was during the sectional game of my eighth grade year. The score was 6-7 visiting team and i was up to bat. Everyone was counting on me and the pressure was very high. Instead of freaking out i countinued to hit a ball to left field and used my speed to turn it into a inside of the park homerun and tied the game. We ended up winning that game and it was one of the best feelings. This was because all of the older teamates were proud of me and now respected me even more as a player. I also felt like all the very hard work i put in was fora purpose.
School is very important to me. During middle school i would constantly make high honor roll and suceed in all of my classes. I have always taken advanced classes and going into my freshman year i am taking all of the honors classes i can and two sophmore classes. Even during the softball season when it was extreamly busy i countinued to balance my academics and athletics.
My passion for the sport makes me strive to be the best. Thank you for checking out my profile!!!!
