Gianna Alberti '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gianna Alberti and I am a 2021 5'6 130b freshman shortstop attending Lyndhurst High School in Lyndhurst, NJ. I was part of the National Junior Honor Society which allowed me to take 4 high school honor classes this semester; Geometry, Biology, English and World History. My GPA for my first marking period will be available after the semester concludes. I will add this to my profile, at the conclusion of the fall semester.

My athletic interests are softball and basketball. My main focus is softball. I have been playing softball since I was 5 years old starting at shortstop. In the past couple of years I have been playing recreational softball, an all-star softball team and a club softball team, New Jersey Bombers. I have a private hitting coach that I attend once a week, Bob Tully.

With academics being very important, my major in college will be Communications and Media. I plan on working extremely hard these four years in high school to achieve my goal, playing college softball.

Outside of softball, I like to hangout with my friends, go to the movies,work out, and attend high school games.
