Molly Dietz '18 Recruiting Profile

My goals are to go to a four year college and get my degree while playing softball, a sport I have had a passion for since I could hold a ball. I separate myself from other recruits by always pushing myself and my teammates to be the best we can be, and communicating non-stop in the field. Communication is key in my eyes, and I am always talking and staying focused every pitch. I play every game like it's my last, and am so appreciative for every moment I get to play. I take the advice of any person coaching me and give 110% effort in whatever I'm asked to do. 

Although being an athlete is extremely important to me, I realize grades are equally, if not more important. My education means a lot to me, because I realize that getting a good education can shape my entire future. It's a dream of mine to find a way to use my athletic abilities to get a good education, and I will give great effort in doing so.
