KELLY-ANN MCKEOWN '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kelly Ann McKeown and I am currently attending Ukiah High school in Ukiah, CA. I just finished my freshman year where I started at 3rd base all year on varsity. My batting average was .431,  I finished 8th in the league in batting. I received a Scholar athlete award, Coaches award and was voted 2nd team All North Bay League. My favorite position is catcher but I've had the opportunity to play 2nd base, 3rd base and all 3 outfield positions, besides pitcher I am comfortable and feel confident playing any position asked to play. I always work my hardest whether its softball or everyday life in general.  I was last years freshman class vice president and I'm this years sophomore class president. I also participate in many community service jobs such as Christmas Effort, working at UHS Booster events and sporting events . I've set very high goals for myself and I work very hard at achieving those goals. One of my biggest goals is to play college softball, if given the opportunity I would work extremely hard at improving each year to be the best player and teammate I can be.
