I am a smart player with great knowledge of the game. I study the game with my parents and watch a lot of softball on TV. In games my best skills are my game IQ and I am dependable. I always give 100% and I love to win. My speed and power training has really helped me a lot and I am able to slap more and beat out throws now. I have been working hard at reading the defense and knowing what they are giving me.
I just finished my freshman season and we did good. We lost 5-4 in the semi-finals to go to the CIF championship game. I mostly played SS for the JV team but did flex to Varsity and played a little. I learned a lot from the coaches and older players and have already started training on things that I need to improve on to start on varsity next season.
Summer travel ball starts this weekend with our PGF qualifier in Las Vegas and then Zoom into June next week.
