Personal Statement
I am passionate about water polo and it is my dream to play in college at a school where I can reach my full potential as a student-athlete. I begin my freshman year as a starting varsity player at El Segundo High School. I have worked hard over the past 3 years and have earned the opportunity to play in the Junior Olympics while also making the 2017 ODP Coastal Regional Team.
As one of the Captains of my 2016/17 club team, I take great pride in leading by example and setting high expectations for myself and my teammates.
I love to be challenged, ask questions and push beyond the boundaries of my knowledge. Academics is an important factor in deciding what University I will attend. I am looking for a water polo program that supports the student in and out of the pool. My major will be something to do with business as I have an entrepreneurial passion and love statistics. I am open to any opportunity where I can reach all of my academic and athletic goals.
