I am a sophomore at Nazareth High School who began playing volleyball in 8th grade. It became my primary sport when I found myself excited to play and develop at any possible opportunity. During Freshman year, I committed to Club Lehigh in the winter season where I played as a middle hitter and was a starter for the 15-1 travel team. The regional team had no middle hitter, so I gained additional experience through supporting them. I developed consistency throughout the season and felt more than ready to tryout for high school.
I made the JV team as a freshman and had the honor of being a starter along with being asked to support Varsity for four games and to accompany the team during Championships. I pushed myself to develop during the off-season through physical training and conditioning to improve speed, agility, and flexibility plus playing in summer leagues and open gyms/courts. I built strength and flexibility and improved my jump. As a result, I was just asked to join the 16-1 club team in my area.
I am very interested in playing college volleyball. I am working hard to develop my athletic and academic focus in order to mature into the role that will allow me to ultimately represent a college and team.
