Personal Statement
The 300m Hurdles are my sweet spot and it's where I feel my talents are best utilized. This year I'm working to get faster and working on better body alignment/form to start shaving off critical time over the hurdles and I'll be participating in some indoor meets as well. I also run 110m high hurdles along with 400, 800 and occasionally 1600m relays. I am a two-sport athlete as I earned a varsity letter in football as a sophomore and I am generally in a corner and/or wide receiver position. From an academic standpoint, I'm leaning toward biochemical engineering but most surely I'll be pursuing a degree in the math/sciences field. A unique fun fact about me: I have a twin sister.
