    Being a part of a state cross country team my sophomore year has really set the bar for my high school running career. Being a part of a great school and athletic team has really shaped me as not only an athlete, but as a person as well.  My track season sophomore year did not go as well as my freshman season, which has caused me to become a harder worker and a more complete overall athlete.

    I was truly blessed to be apart of such a great team my freshman and sophomore year. My coaches and teammates have taught me to be a leader, to sacrifice other things, to be a good teammate, and to be extremely dedicated to my sports. I want to attend a school where I can succeed both in the classroom and in my athletics. I know I have the talent and drive to compete at the next level and make a positive impact on your team.
