My goal in life is to be the best man I can be in life and succeed in the classroom and on the track.
I am a Freshman in High school and have been athletic from a very young age. I started running by the time I was 9 and was very good at it. I joined the New Haven Age Group Track Club and have been working hard at bettering myself. Colleges should consider me because of my work ethic on the track and in the classroom. I work very hard to reach my goals for me personally and for my team. I am a Varsity runner as a Freshman and rank the second man on the team in time. It has been said that I am a coachable kid many times because I listen and act on my coaches direction without hesitation.
As to my character, In addition to sports I give back to the Boys &Girls Club for all the support they have given me since I was young.
I have received multiple awards from them to include Youth of the Year-Middle School.
I also help to run their run club each year with the help of a local police officer that provides funds for the program.
I have received the Mayor's Youth Award in the city of Milford CT for 2 years and in 8th grade received the Superintendents Award for the City.
I am a good candidate for any college.
