Personal Statement

I am a hard working and determined person. When I engage in an activity or task, I work very hard to be the best I can be or perform the best I can. I have been working on trying to become a servant leader. I have been blessed with the ability to lead and it is something I am constantly working on. As I become an adult, I am working on bettering myself as a person, leader, student, and athlete. One of my passions is running. Running helps me to become more focused, it has given me the rare opportunity to meet people from all over the world and gain friendships. Running has given me confidence to pursue my dreams and has helped mold me into the person I am today. Running has given me courage to persevere when things get hard, and to never give up.
