Personal Statement
I believe I would make a good addition to your collegiate team because I am hardworking and cooperate nicely in a team environment. I also have the ability to take charge and lead a group or team while encouraging the other members to work their best. I have been told I listen well to others and can identify if something is not functioning well between team members. I also work hard to bring everyone together instead of separating the team. I also am willing to go to others for help and help others in the pool and in the classroom to stay eligible to compete. I will also help scheduling study sessions or training outside of the pool.
