    Winning the male high point award as a freshman in high school was a big part of my first high school season. I grew most as a student athlete when I did not meet my goal to qualify for states individually as a freshman, and when I missed medaling in the 100 yard freestyle by one place at the W.P.I.A.L. meet at University of Pittsburgh. It was a tough milestone but it made me realize that I need to work even harder if I want to come back strong as a sophomore, and through high school into the collegiate level.

    Our men's 2016-2017 swim team won the section title. That showed me that even in an individual sport like swimming, every single individual plays a crucial role on the team. I am looking for a program that will push me to be an exceptional student as well as an athlete. As a student athlete I believe that I have the commitment, dedication, work ethic, and the drive to make a positive impact on your program.
