Personal Statement
I’m a 6’ 1" distance swimmer from Pittsford, NY. I made my high school sectional team last year in two events which I qualified 6th in both, earning first team all county as a freshman. I have a 3.35 GPA. I take practice and my commitment to swimming seriously. I am always early, I never miss, and I find pools to workout even when away on vacation. In the time I spend away from the pool, I have accumulated around 250 volunteer hours.
I am looking for a college that will give me a good opportunity in swimming as well as in the classroom. I would like a college with a strong campus community. I am open to any college where I can make a big impact on my team.

- Club is part of Niagra. Liam has been swimming 8 practices a week during summer session and fall season with coach Keating for senior nationals.

- 2015 Southeast YMCA sharks ( most valuable swimmer his last season out of 11 swimmers in his age group at age 12.)
- Liam won first in his 200 IM and 100 free in 2015 as well as 2nd in his 50 fly at district swim meet at age 12. He swam from grade 1-7 for this team and competed at states in all 7 years. Made finals at states in all 3 of his events in 7th (age 12) at States meet and placed 5th in 50 butterfly and 100 freestyle and 10th place in 200 IM in finals. His age group won states when he was 11 and his relay team has won first at states while he was swimming in it for this team. He was an all events states qualifier in his last 4 years with the team.
