In the future I want to be a successful businessman, like my father. I would love to continue playing soccer and baseball as well. Playing both soccer and baseball have helped me during my childhood to not only stay active but it has allowed me to find lifelong friends. Playing for outside school leagues in both soccer and baseball have allowed me to become friends with kids from other schools and now seeing them either next to me on the field or on the other side it makes playing that much more fun. Soccer, especially has made me a better student and person. Having changed schools in 2nd grade and dealing with the circumstances that we went through as a family, school was never a priority for me. Sports always seemed to be a sanctuary for me, a place to escape and be me. Since the day i knew my father wanted to adopt me and my sister i have put more effort into school, getting good grades and excelling in my favorite sports. My family have helped me want to be the best person/student I know I can be. I know i have the support of my family and it makes me proud when am able to show them, on the field, why soccer and baseball are important to me.
