During my soccer career, I learned that it takes a lot of hard work and dedication also focus on all materials including having time management as a student-athlete. As I continue my high school years and look for a college that will fit me, I also want to have a career in mechanical engineering. On and off the field I show a lot of leadership and that resulted in me becoming a captain on many of the teams I've played on in the past. About a year ago, when I was on the JV soccer team for my school we won a preseason tournament. This year as a sophomore, we had a whole new team and unfortunately, we didn't win the tournament. After the tournament, I began to focus on what I can do to help out my team to get as many wins this season. My mindset of becoming better and helping improve the team is a good factor that I have and had been carrying throughout my career. I would like to enter a program that I receive playing time and will help me improve as a player.
