- Training club for the Ocean City High School crew program. This training runs from the fall season until the end of the winter season. Our training in the fall and winter consists of training on the water, as well as on the ergometers. In addition, we strength train using weights three times per week and we endurance train by running 5 miles three times per week. Our team trains 6 days per week.
