Michael Ondrusek '11 Recruiting Profile

I am 5'11" and weigh 165 pounds. I consider myself quick, aggressive, but most of all a very smart lacrosse player. I won High School All-American, 1st Team All-League and 1st Team All-District last year, as well as the coach's award for work ethic. I have been a starter since I was a freshman, but feel that I have progressed into a very important leader of this team and am ready to take on the leadership responsibilities that are in front of me. The most important thing I think I can offer to a team is my hard work and drive to improve every day. I am very eager to conquer the new challenges that are presented to me. I would prefer to go to school somewhere in the east, but I am open to something far from home if it is the school for me. I am very open to many types of schools, but prefer one in an urban area. Currently, I am undecided about my major. Athletically, I am looking for a school where I can play and help the team. I realize that for some schools I will have to work my way up through the depth chart, but I am prepared to meet that challenge.
