Matthew Greer '17 Recruiting Profile

My goals and aspirations for college are to attend a college where I can be part of a smaller community that has a competitive lacrosse program.  I believe what makes me stand out among other recruits is my persitance and desire to be the best that I can be both academically and athletically.  There will always be someone stronger, faster or smarter.  It's how you handle that.  Do you give up or try harder?  I do not give up both on and off the field.  I am always looking for ways to improve.  Another characterisitc that makes me stand out from other recruits is my respectful, unselfish nature.  Showing respect to your coaches and teammates promotes a positive team atmosphere where everyone works together and isn't selfish.  Teams that work well together have winning seasons.  Combine my persistance and desire, with my respectful, unselfish nature and that makes me a very coachable player for any team.
