As a high performing student athlete, I am committed and successful both on the ice as well as the classroom.
I compete at the AA level in hockey only because we don't have the means for me to play AAA. I was identified as the "best '03 defense man in the state" a few years ago even though I was born in 2004. I have been playing up a year or two to help me find a good fit for my abilities since AAA is not an option for my family.
My AA team is consistently ranked as one of the top in the state.
I have been named tournament MVP several times in the last year both in Canada as well as the US.
Although hockey is my first passion, I am also playing baseball at the AAA level. I play most positions but my speed and agility have pulled me towards the outfield as big hitters seem to show up more at the more competitive levels.
My grades are honor roll all the time. I have yet to have a final grade in school lower than an A. I enjoy learning as well as pitching in from time to time to help other kids in class.
My coaches say that I am coach-able. I work hard and have proven myself to be a go-to-player year after year.
My team mates enjoy playing with me because I am a selfless play maker that sees the whole ice as I mitigate risks (per coach) and create opportunities.
P. S. My profile picture is from when I was 10. picture shows great posture, heads up hockey and a good stance. I've gotten better since then.
