I have played golf for 7 years now and I would like to further my education of the game along with my ability to play the game. I am a good team player and I feel I am very good at building relationships with my teammates along with my coaches. I have a 3.7 GPA and I was on my HS Varsity team as a sophomore and as a freshmen. This past high school season (sophomore year) I finished with a scoring average of 81.6 and made conferences and district qualifiers. I had the second best average and tied for the lowest score of the year with a 75. I have learned so much about the game in the past few years and have improved dramatically in the last year. I started last year (2016) with a 19.6 handicap and played over 60 times last summer. I continued to work on my game by hitting rubber balls into a net in my garage when it was too cold to go outside and play a round. In 2017 I played 125 rounds and plan to play almost everyday with my brother and with my High School teammates again this year. My handicap has dropped significantly just by playing those 100+ rounds as my handicap is now an 7.4. I keep not only my score when I play, but also my fairways in regulation, greens in regulation, putts, and hazards on a golf app to see what I need to improve on from round to round. I think I have the determination to take my game to an even better level before my senior year of High School and my goal is to be able to play college golf. I would appreciate if you would follow me through my next 3 years of High School and I will continue to post more and more events and scores to further my NCSA Account.
Thanks,
Trevor Grimm
