Playing multiple positions such as shooting guard, small forward, power forward , and center on both our JV and Varsity basketball teams has taught me to be a well rounded player and person, to be versatile and adapt. It has also taught me discipline and prioritization. To focus my efforts while making time for everything. I would love to take basketball as far as I can in my life because I have a true passion and love for the game. In college, I want to pursue a sports medicine or related degree and play basketball while doing so at any level is my dream. On the court I am a very serious and highly motivated player who loves to get the ball to the rim, keep the game at a high pace, and never take a play off.
I will do anything possible to get the win for the team, but off the court I am just a humble kid who will talk to anyone and truly enjoys helping others. I do volunteer work such as Toys for Tots and summer basketball camps as much as possible, because I like helping kids and also learning from them. I put high expectations on myself with school just as much as I do with basketball, because I know one day the ball will stop bouncing and I will have to rely on my pure knowledge in the real world. I work hard on my game day and night, whether that's lifting weights, playing pickup, or doing drills by myself, because I truly love playing the game and getting better each and every day at everything I do.
